Our return policy

At Stackkicks, we want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To request a return, please send us an email at info@stackkicks.nl, stating your order number and the reason for return. We will then send you a return form that you must include with your return.

Please ensure that the items you wish to return are in their original condition and still in their original packaging. The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. Within 5 business days, we will process your refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
